Spyros Prokopiou

Born 1990 in Nicosia, Cyprus, Spyros Prokopiou currently lives and works​ in Los Angeles, California.

In 2016, he graduated with honors from the Fine Arts School of Aristotle University with a BFA in painting. In 2019 he gained his MFA from the New York Academy of Art​ in Drawing and Printmaking. Now, he primarily works with pencil and charcoal, incorporating some acrylics.

He is the first Cypriot graduate from the Academy and ​he was granted the Presidential scholarship. ​Spyros has also participated in various exhibitions in Cyprus, Greece, Poland, Turkey, Italy, ​Mexico, and the USA, being awarded numerous international awards.
